Did you know male lions need 7kg or more of meat a day!

It is always a pleasure to welcome our extended St Edward’s family into school and we were delighted that children from Pine Rivers and Little Tots Nurseries were able to attend our Nursery Extravaganza.

The St Edward's community came together at the school on Saturday to open their doors to prospective families. Headmaster Mr Suttie, teachers, parents and pupils offered a warm welcome and displayed all of our school's wonderful offerings to visitors.

Here at St Edward’s, we enjoy our verbal reasoning lessons, they are fast-paced and action-packed and we cover a smorgasbord of skills from alphabetical order and word definitions to logical thinking and problem solving.

They will even cook you up a delicious 'muddy meal' in the mud kitchen, if you are very lucky.

On Tuesday 9th October, four Year 5 boys had the privilege of taking part in a local Maths Challenge at Pangbourne College.

The adventures will continue when we return to the woods and make homes for our Stickmen.
