STEAMED Week

There has been so much excitement at St Ed’s this week for our Flight theme STEAMED activities. We started in style with the arrival of a flight simulator in the form of a tiny plane. The boys had a fabulous day learning to fly and constructing model aircraft. There were more future pilots in the making when Pre-Prep visited the Berkshire Museum of Aviation on Wednesday.

The Little Griffins enjoyed learning about the Battle of Britain, which is the most fun if you re-enact it!

On Tuesday morning, Reception parents visited the classroom to join the boys enjoyment of STEAMED week. They helped their sons with a variety of different flight related design technology activities. The morning ended with everyone having a lovely aeroplane biscuit made by the kitchen staff.
