Early Years trip to the woods

Early Years boys went on a hunt through the woods, keeping quiet so as to not awake the Gruffalo, however apparently the snake was hiding in the woodpile – just like in the story!

The end point of our hunt was the rope swings! Much fun was had swinging free, trying to make fire, as well as hunting for dinosaur bones and fossils, avoiding the dip in the ground, which according to the boys was possibly cause by a meteorite, which also probably caused the dinosaurs to become extinct.

I wonder what we will get up to on our next visit!
