Physical development in EYFS
Physical development in the Early Years covers mainly the boys’ development of fine and gross motor skills, not only running, jumping, chasing and balancing, but also using scissors, threading and learning to hold a pencil correctly.
The play’s the thing!
At such young ages, all the boys were able to play their roles with mature insightfulness which was, at times, breath-taking.
It’s always a sad time of year when we say goodbye to our Year 6 boys.
This year’s cohort have been super ambassadors for the school and they fully deserve the senior school places they move to.

Pre-Prep Picnic 2018
Unlike in recent years, the sun shone down for us on Friday when we held the annual Pre Prep Picnic at Upper Basildon Village Hall.
We’re going on a bear hunt!
Boys and girls from Pine Rivers and Little Tots nurseries came to a ‘Bear Hunt’ themed morning.
