In total 42 teams took part in an afternoon of Maths challenges, puzzles, investigations, tangrams and dominoes.

The effort was typified by the never say die attitude of the team who supported each other throughout.

Books, books, books and more!

Year 6 have been managing spreadsheets, designing marketing campaigns and costing their products, learning all the skills it takes to run a business.

They worked together, tackled together and their rucking and passing was near perfect.

What joy learning brings! Reception decided to build their own ships made out of many different materials, the ships were launched on water and the experimenting began.

How rainbows are formed, how things grow, how electricity flows around a circuit and why things fall downwards. The aim of teaching Science at St Edward’s Prep School is to encourage our pupils to appreciate and seek a greater understanding of the amazing universe we live in: from the tiniest particles to the vastness of space.

Boys and girls from local nurseries Western Elms, Pine Rivers and Little Tots brought the sunshine with them as they joined Little Griffins today for our Spring Term Nursery Extravaganza.
