How do buildings evolve from initial drawings to magnificent structures? Year 1 and 2 know following their architect visit!

After a fantastic house football competition and the half term break, our pupils have come back strong and have had several convincing wins!

Our pupils had an amazing day and the boys really got to think about what they would include in their future cities.

Their task: to collaboratively construct a city, the name of which will be announced in assembly on Friday once all entries have been put forward.

It is always a pleasure to welcome our extended St Edward’s family into school and we were delighted that children from Pine Rivers and Little Tots Nurseries were able to attend our Nursery Extravaganza.

The St Edward's community came together at the school on Saturday to open their doors to prospective families. Headmaster Mr Suttie, teachers, parents and pupils offered a warm welcome and displayed all of our school's wonderful offerings to visitors.

Here at St Edward’s, we enjoy our verbal reasoning lessons, they are fast-paced and action-packed and we cover a smorgasbord of skills from alphabetical order and word definitions to logical thinking and problem solving.

They will even cook you up a delicious 'muddy meal' in the mud kitchen, if you are very lucky.
